You Did What You Needed to SurviveNow It’s Your Time to Thrive.

A non-profit for women and LGBTQIA+ individuals to learn how to thrive after sexual assault, reconnecting with themselves and accomplishing their goals through trauma-informed coaching and community.

your story doesn't end with survival – it begins with it.

your story doesn't end with survival – it begins with it.

You've survived trauma, and now everything feels different. Daily decisions feel overwhelming, and you're constantly second-guessing yourself. Intimacy and trust feel out of reach. In relationships, you find yourself people-pleasing and holding back. You're going through the motions of life but feel disconnected from your true self. While this pattern can make healing harder over time, change is possible.

Imagine a year from now... You're amazed at how far you've come. You trust your emotions and feel safe being vulnerable. You speak your truth without over-explaining. Setting boundaries feels natural, and you confidently express your needs. With a clear vision and the right tools, you're pursuing goals that once seemed impossible. Most importantly, you feel safe in your body and trust yourself again. This isn't just a dream—it's your future, starting now.

Every 68 seconds, someone in America faces sexual assault. For women and LGBTQ+ individuals, the numbers are even more stark. But you're not just a statistic. And you're not alone.

Our Founder:
Amy Tuccio

“I started this organization as a way to give back and make coaching and training accessible. I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and this has shaped my sense of self and presented a number of challenges throughout my life. I am also part of the queer community and know how sexual abuse disproportionately impacts minorities.

I am committed to my own growth and learning and supporting myself and others to thrive.

I am credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and further certified as a trauma informed coach, Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a trained facilitator, and a certified diversity professional. In 2021, I developed an emotional intelligence professional coach training and certification program, Activate, that is accredited by the ICF and offers 69 Continuing Coach Education Hours. I am also a certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and Advocate in the state of Connecticut.”
